A little about me

Hi, I'm Jaymee. I'm a Registered Nurse and Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant, and I created Rested Little Loves because I believe every family deserves to feel supported - not judged, not overwhelmed, and never alone.

After watching people I love navigate the reality of sleep deprivation, I saw how broken nights can affect confidence, mental wellbeing, and the ability to truly enjoy early parenthood. It became my passion to offer something different: sleep support that is warm, evidence-based, and built entirely around your family.

I take a holistic approach, looking at your baby's rhythms, development, temperament, and the realities of your daily family life. Because sleep doesn't happen in isolation, and neither does my support.

    A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to talk about your baby’s sleep and explore what kind of support may be helpful.

  • Best for one specific sleep challenge.

    Suitable from 4 months to 4 years.

    This session is ideal if you’re mostly feeling confident but need clear guidance around one area such as:

    • nap transitions
    • bedtime routines
    • early waking
    • dummy use
    • schedule adjustments

    Includes:

    • Intake questionnaire
    • 45–60 minute consultation (phone or video)
    • Personalised guidance during the call
    • Follow-up summary email
    • 48 hour follow-up question window
    • Email check-in three days later for further support

    If you decide to move into a full support package within seven days, the cost of this session can be credited toward your package.

    The newborn phase is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming . Especially when you’re navigating sleep, feeding, and settling for the first time.

    This session is designed to gently support you through the fourth trimester, offering gentle, realistic guidance around your littlest loves sleep. 

    This is not sleep training. Instead, the focus is on nurturing your baby’s natural rhythms, supporting development, and creating a calm foundation for sleep so you can feel more confident.

    The support you receive includes; 

    • Creating a calm and safe sleep environment

    • Understanding newborn sleep patterns and cycles

    • Recognising tired cues and appropriate awake windows

    • Gentle, fully supportive settling and soothing approaches

    • Supporting day and night rhythm development

    • Answering any questions you may have about your baby’s sleep

    • 45-60 minute support session via call or video

    • Personalised recommendations tailored to your baby and family

    • Follow-up summary emailed after your session

    Designed for babies over 4 months of age, this package provides hands-on, personalised support as you implement gentle sleep changes.

    Together we create a holistic sleep plan tailored to your baby, your parenting style and your family values.

    Includes:

    • Full intake assessment
    • Clarification call following intake

    • 60 minute support call
    • 8 days of messaging and voice note support
    • Daily sleep log review and feedback

    This experience is designed for families who would benefit from in-person guidance and real-time support around their baby or toddler’s sleep.

    During our time together, I gently observe your baby’s natural rhythms, sleep environment and evening routines so we can introduce supportive changes together. Working side by side allows me to guide you through bedtime in the moment, offering calm reassurance, practical strategies and personalised support as we implement changes.

    This is a calm, collaborative experience where you’ll feel supported, never overwhelmed or pressured.
